Colton is a Financial Analyst, supporting a high-performance retail investment sales team that focuses on the sale of shopping centers, unanchored strip centers, and single-tenant net lease properties nationally. He is responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, property tours, and preparing offering memorandums while assisting with the coordination of offer negotiation and client meetings.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2023, Colton worked as a residential mortgage banker throughout college serving clients in Florida and Colorado. Originally from the Denver area, he has a love for sports and is a proud alumni of Florida State University where he served as Vice President of the Master of Science in Finance class.
