Collis McGeachy is a Vice President with CBRE with over 26 years of experience in retail/commercial real estate. Collis represents clients in all facets of retail transactions including tenant representation, vacant land sales to end users and developers, improved property sales, disposition of distressed/REO properties and shopping center sales. Collis is a member of the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 25 years.
Prior to joining CBRE, Collis worked with the Charter Oil Company in the risk management department helping oversee and coordinate corporate insurance.
