Colleen joined The Dartmouth Company’s New York City office in 2019 as a Broker Coordinator. She represents landlords in Manhattan and Westchester County, leasing a variety of boutique, mixed-use and grocery-anchored centers. In addition, Colleen assists with the site evaluation process for the team’s expanding retail tenants throughout the Tri-State area. Prior to Dartmouth, Colleen was with Colliers International in Atlanta for 5 years as a member of their retail tenant-rep team, representing clients locally and nationally.Colleen grew up in the Washington, DC area and attended the University of Georgia. She loves trying new restaurants, cheering on the Dawgs and exploring the different neighborhoods of New York City.
