Colin Santos

Colin Santos is a Vice President Asset Manager at McDowell Properties. Mr. Santos joined McDowell in 2012. He oversees several third party property management companies, provides analysis for acquisitions and creates value-add strategies for the repositioning of various fee-managed properties. Prior to joining McDowell Properties, Mr. Santos was a Regional Manager with Lincoln Property Company specializing in fee managed new construction and was responsible for the supervision of leasing 6,000 units in markets throughout the DFW metroplex. Mr. Santos participated in the refinance and disposition of over 4,000 units during his tenure at Lincoln Property Company. Mr. Santos is actively involved in the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and Tarrant County and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He also has earned CAM, CAPS, and CPM designations. Mr. Santos has a BA in History from Texas State University.
