Colin Reder is a retail investment sales specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, where he exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Colin advises and assists private investors in all aspects of single & multi tenant investment transactions across various tenant types but has carved a niche in the Philadelphia MSA. Colin currently resides in Philadelphia and attended Drexel University where he studied Finance. When not working, Colin enjoys Hunting, Fishing, Golf and spending time with family. He actively engages in volunteer activities and fundraising for local organizations including Manna and Habitat For Humanity.
