Colin and his business partner, Christian Vaughan, co-lead a Healthcare Capital Markets team with a focus on the private capital and net lease sectors serving clients across the U.S.  Colin has over a decade of experience in transaction structuring, market analysis, and capital solutions. He works closely with developers, investors, and physicians to help them navigate and optimize their healthcare real estate investments.

Prior to joining Colliers, he served as a Vice President at Northmarq, where he played a key role in the firm’s National Healthcare Group. Before that, he began his career at Stan Johnson Company in 2014, advancing to the role of Director on a specialized healthcare real estate team.
