As Associate with the firm, Ms. Colette Wood focuses on all aspects of selling and leasing commercial real estate.

She has extensive experience in Tenant and Landlord representation.  She also has experience ranging from property management to hotel, land and investment sales.  

Ms. Wood’s committed to providing clients with customer service based upon clear communication, attention to detail and follow-up that results in success.   Ms. Wood is on the steering committee of the Viera Suntree Business Council, a member of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce and founder and past president of the Viera Leads Group.  She is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

Ms. Wood has lived in Central Florida for 14 years and has an in depth knowledge of the area and market.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University of Sacramento.
