Cole Reethof joined CBRE in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President for U.S Healthcare Capital Markets (HCM) in Atlanta, GA. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts) and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process. Cole is responsible for marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, market research and analytical assignments for business development and coordinating the financial underwriting and due diligence processes. Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Reethof was an Associate on JLL/HFF’s Industrial Investment Sales Team and responsible for underwriting, market research, the design and marketing of listings, pitch books, comp databases and analysis on deals ranging from small flex properties to national institutional portfolios. Cole lead the underwriting efforts on over $3 billion worth of assets and participated in over $750 million in sales. Before that he gained valuable experience on the debt side at Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate. There he helped manage Guggenheim’s portfolio of life company lending platforms gaining exposure to all asset classes located across the country.
