Among his recent transactions, Mr. Martens has assembled a multi-parcel development site totaling 5.8 acres adjacent to Exposition Park in Los Angeles for the development of a mixed-use project planned to include 408 apartment units, a 298-room hotel and 74,000 square feet of retail.

Over the past two years, Mr. Martens has transacted in excess of $170 million in multifamily, retail and land sales.
