Cody is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He's been involved in the seniors housing industry since 2005 and has more than a decade of experience in healthcare and commercial real estate finance. He specializes in brokering seniors housing and long-term care properties throughout the United States and has been involved in $2.5 billion in seniors housing acquisitions and financing.

Prior to joining JLL, Cody was a Managing Director in the Dallas office of Greystone Real Estate Advisors. He focused on investment sales with ARA Seniors Housing and was a Vice President with the healthcare real estate lending group at Guaranty Bank and BBVA Compass. During this time, he originated new construction, acquisition, and mini-perm financing for large institutional clients with facilities nationwide, as well as privately-owned regional clients.
