Cody joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 with a primary focus on office Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation. Quick adaptation to changing market dynamics allowed Cody to excel in his role and earn Rookie of the Year for the Las Vegas office. With active involvement leasing notable projects such as Tivoli Village, The HC | Hughes Center, Green Valley Corporate Center, Howard Hughes Plaza, Hughes Airport Center, and Marnell Corporate Center, Cody’s experience uniquely prepares him to service large portfolio clients. In 2023, Cody partnered with the Capital Markets Investment Properties team to expand his skillsets and service client’s investment objectives.
