Cody Henry is a Financial Consultant in the Phoenix office for the Financial Consulting Group (FCG). He provides state-of-the-art financial consulting to corporations, financial institutions, REITs and other real estate advisory companies in the Southwest Region. As a division of CBRE, the Financial Consulting Group leverages the proven experience and local market knowledge of more than 70,000 real estate professionals worldwide to provide custom analyses, which empower clients to make the most informed real estate decisions.
Mr. Henry joined the Financial Consulting Group in August, 2014. During his tenure, Mr. Henry has been a leader in providing detailed financial analyses and solutions to the professionals at CBRE and external clients. He has advised buyers, sellers and users on critical property-level financial issues and identified areas for value creation while using an excellent understanding of the capital markets and industry underwriting standards and techniques to benefit clients. These analyses range from investment property sales and acquisitions to corporate service assignments, such as lease vs. own, occupancy cost and lease comparison analyses. His expertise extends across all property sectors, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily. While with the group, Mr. Henry has assisted in the structuring and underwriting of more than 10 million square feet with aggregate consideration in excess of $2 billion.
The FCG specializes in sophisticated financial and analytical consultative services that are used to facilitate an informed decision-making process for the client concerning real estate alternatives. The primary services produced are financial modeling, interpretation of financial impact, identification of accounting and tax issues, and the production of documented support on development, lease and investment transactions. The FCG designs and customizes its work to communicate information in the consistent, professional manner required by financial institutions and corporate Chief Financial Officers.
