Clint Coe

Clint is a Senior Director on the JLL Real Estate Investment Banking ("REIB") team in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. His responsibilities include managing client and lender relationships, marketing transactions of all property types and underwriting debt and equity transactions. Since joining the REIB Team in March of 2014, Clint has successfully completed over $1.5 billion of transactions, which include permanent financings, joint ventures, subordinate capital and construction financings on various property types.

Prior to joining the REIB team, Clint was an associate with JLL's Agency Leasing Group where he was responsible for leasing commercial office properties throughout the Metroplex. Clint came to JLL following a stellar three-year career in medical sales. He was a sales representative at Stryker Endoscopy where he successfully sold over $6 million in sales. He currently holds the record for the largest capital equipment sale in The North Texas Regions' history totaling $1.8 million. He was named the North Texas Rookie of the year in 2011.

Clint attended Oklahoma State University, and while attending school, he was also a member of the academic all Big XII Football team.
