Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Butler was a Vice President of Investments at Beach City Capital Management where he focused on multifamily development projects in Los Angeles County. Prior to BCCM, Mr. Butler was an Investment Manager with CS Capital Management in El Segundo, CA. With CSCM, he served pension funds and sovereign wealth funds through separate accounts, programmatic joint ventures, REOC investments, and manager oversight. In total, Mr. Butler has acquired, managed, and/or advised over $15 billion in real estate assets. Clem earned a Bachelor degree in Economics from Davidson College and a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
