Clay Wolford

Clay Wolford is a Managing Director on the Investment Management team based in London, UK. In his role, Clay is responsible for acquisitions, execution, and new market expansion across Greystar's international markets. Prior to joining Greystar in 2010, Clay worked within Goldman Sachs' real estate private equity group (""Whitehall"") as well as in Lehman Brothers' real estate investment banking group. Clay originally joined to manage and oversee investments across the Central US region, before relocating to London in 2015. Clay received a bachelor's degree in Political Economics at Princeton University.
