Clay Vanice

As Vice President of Development for Jones Development, Clay’s primary responsibilities include the coordination of all phase of the development process including site selection, due diligence, budgeting, coordination of bid process, evaluation and execution of development and build-to-suit opportunities with Jones Development’s primary clients. Clay has been engaged in commercial real estate development since 2003 handling many successful projects throughout the country. Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Kansas State University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Devoted to his family, Clay and his wife, Laura, have two sons and two daughters. Outside of the office, you’re likely to find Clay coaching his daughter’s soccer team and attending his kids sporting events.
