Clay Friend

Mr. Friend is a Director at GPI. He focuses on property acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to joining GPI in 2016, Mr. Friend was with the JBG Companies, where he worked in the Development group focusing primarily on the entitlement, design, and development of mixed-use projects in Washington, DC. Mr Friend graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.
