Clark Finney is a Vice President & Director of the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division, focusing on his comprehensive understanding of credit to structure debt and equity solutions for his clients nationwide.

Mr. Finney also assists principals in underwriting and analyzing acquisition opportunities by providing an all-inclusive service of modeling, sourcing, and closing transactions- which includes exercising his extensive network of insurance agents, legal professionals, and property managers to get the deal done right.

Clark prides himself on forging strong business relationships and firmly believes in the fundamentals of good business. While striving to provide the best, he constantly researches capital sources across the country, ensuring that his clients are exposed to the most competitive financing and equity options available.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Clark worked at Freddie Mac’s Conventional Production Division, screening, underwriting, and structuring over $6.5 billion in annual deal flow. After Freddie, he worked at a boutique mortgage banking firm based in Dallas, where he established himself as a subject matter expert for value-add and stabilized multifamily strategies across the Sunbelt region.
