Bio
Claire’s great at crafting deals that work for everyone involved. She skillfully handles the marketing and leasing of our office portfolio, including more than 1 million square feet of infill urban space in Midtown, South End and LoSo of Charlotte. She helps to pre-lease new developments, and pursues infill land and office acquisitions.
Claire received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and returned to her home state to receive her master’s degree from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
