Bio
As a Director of Development, Ms. Han is responsible for managing interdisciplinary design and engineering teams, securing entitlements, permits, environmental and other agency approvals, leading community outreach and overseeing construction of MPF’s development projects. Ms. Han has 6 years of real estate experience including financing, leasing, asset management and development. Prior to MPF, Claire was a Development Associate with an urban infill homebuilder, primarily focused on complex entitlements throughout the Bay Area. Ms. Han received her BA in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a MS in Real Estate Development from New York University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
