CJ is based in Transwestern's San Francisco office and is a member of the National Net Lease and Sale-Leaseback Group. In his role as Senior Associate, CJ specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased investment properties nationwide with an emphasis on California and the Western United States. He is detail oriented, persistent and focuses on each of his clients' specific needs to maximize their proceeds whether it be a standard transaction or 1031 exchange.
