Cindy TRUE

Ms. True serves as Director on the Investments team with primary responsibility for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Madison's equity transactions in the United States. Ms. True has executed on transactions across multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hotel sectors but has a specialty in multifamily assets. Prior to joining Madison in 2016, Ms. True worked as an Associate Director at HFF in the New York office, where she executed over $3 billion of Commercial Real Estate sales, debt, and equity transactions, predominantly across multifamily and office assets. She previously held roles at JPMorgan in Equity Research covering publicly traded multifamily and office REITs and in Investor Relations. Ms. True is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Fellows Program, focused on growing diverse leadership in the New York City real estate community, and she is also a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Ms. True received a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and is a CFA charterholder.
