Bio
As Vice President of Project Management and Construction Services, Cindy Erwin is responsible for all aspects of tenant improvements and capital projects, from initial space planning through move-in, for over 5 million square feet, including major lobby, common areas, and restroom renovations at numerous projects. Cindy coordinates the tenant’s design needs with architects and engineers, while managing the general contractor throughout the construction process, including pricing, review and approval. She is also responsible for complete interface between the tenant, leasing director, property manager, and all design/construction management team members which includes all municipal code compliance and Ownership approvals. In the last five years, Ms. Erwin has overseen over $21 million in capital improvements, research & development, elevator modernizations, and tenant improvement projects. Cindy has been instrumental in preparing due diligence documents for various owners. In addition, Ms. Erwin also oversees the Construction Management department. Prior to the merger of Madison Marquette with PMRG, Ms. Erwin was Director of Construction for PMRG for 11 years. Cindy joined PMRG from CarrAmerica Development, Inc., bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in construction management for tenant improvements, as well as core and shell projects. Affiliations and memberships include over three years serving on the annual SPIRE Awards Committee for Commercial Real Estate for Women in Orange County, California
