Chuck Dunn

Mr. Dunn is responsible for developing client solutions for existing and prospective Global Corporate Services clients. His primary mission is to customize service delivery models that bring the full capabilities and resources of CBRE to best serve our clients. Mr. Dunn is focused primarily on the East Region, but is also involved with financial institutions and transaction management across the country. He has been consistently recognized as a top producer.

Mr. Dunn's professional experience includes significant commercial real estate transactions (office, call center operations and retail), real estate financing, transaction management and portfolio planning. He joined CBRE in 2006, with their acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. From 2001 through 2006, Mr. Dunn served as a transaction management leader with Trammell Crow Company where he managed a team that closed more than 900 real estate transactions per year. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Mr. Dunn was with Lincoln Property Company for 16+ years. Here, he held various positions including Senior Vice President for Acquisitions & Dispositions for the Bank of America account, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Finance. His career began as a consultant and accountant with Touche Ross & Company, now Deloitte & Touche.
