Christy serves as a Hospitality Specialist for Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office on the Miller/Gomes Team representing the Colorado, Wyoming and Utah markets. Christy has extensive experience in the hotel industry. Starting at property level for 2 smaller hotels, then moved to the New York area to work for Wyndham (formerly Cendant Corporation) in various roles such as Quality Assurance, Franchise Services and Regional Marketing. After leaving the Franchise world, Christy focused on Direct Sales for larger multiple property owner/management groups such as Vail Resorts and Sage Hospitality Group. She pursued personal Real Estate investments on the side which eventually led her to make a change in career to Investment Sales and Brokerage. Christy’s extensive experience in the Hotel Industry assists her in every aspect of the sales process to successfully advise both Buyers and Sellers through their real estate transactions.
