Bio
Mr. Tully is responsible for asset management of Intercontinental’s out-of-state real estate holdings. More specifically, Mr. Tully is responsible for managing high quality office, residential and mixed use assets; cultivating and maintaining tenant relationships; developing and managing operating budgets; forecasting short and long term space availability; and evaluating economic and demographic trends within the portfolio’s geographic area. In addition, he is an active participant with the acquisitions group in the underwriting process for new and out-of-state investments. Mr. Tully leads his team on all operations associated with commercial and residential properties in his region. Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2006, Mr. Tully worked as an Asset Manager at ELV Associates, Inc., a privately held, fully integrated real estate investment firm. He was responsible for all leasing and management in New England, led the acquisition process for several commercial properties, and managed the initial phases of the construction and development processes for several New England projects. Previously, Mr. Tully was an Asset Manager for MGI Properties, a Boston based REIT, where he managed a portfolio of 21 assets including office, R&D, and industrial buildings. Mr. Tully graduated from Lynchburg College in 1986 with a BS in Business Administration.
