Chris has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of numerous high profile hospitality assets nationally including notable transactions in San Diego (Carte Hotel Curio Collection Downtown), San Francisco (4 hotel portfolio in Soma/Nob Hill), Chicago (Kimpton Hotel Monaco) and Nashville (Various, including one transaction which was highest price per key in Nashville history at the time).
