Christopher Mendez

Christopher Mendez is a Managing Director of Pearlmark, with responsibility for Pearlmark's New York office, as well as investment activities including sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions for Pearlmark's investment vehicles. Mr. Mendez last served as Director and Co-head of US Investments at Madison International Realty. Prior to joining Madison in 2009, Mr. Mendez worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he was engaged in both investment banking and investing transactions. Mr. Mendez received his BS from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Mendez is a CFA charterholder, CIPM certificant, CCIM, and a member of the CFA Society New York.
