Christopher Mansfield acts as a real estate consultant in complex lease negotiations, supplying his clients with appropriate economic and market knowledge to assist them in making intelligent and informed real estate decisions. A member of CBRE’s Consulting Group, Chris provides clients with sophisticated financial analysis and customized quantitative tools to assess various occupancy strategies and alternatives.
Chris has negotiated and structured numerous creative acquisition and disposition transactions on behalf of a wide variety of clients across a breadth of industries, from TAMI clients to financial services and accounting firms to non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Chris worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, performing analyses for the disposition of the World Trade Center, and for JPMorgan Chase on the fixed income sales and trading desk.
