Biography
Chris leads KLNB’s team focused on marketing industrial, flex, and office investment properties. A top producer, Chris has transacted over $1.2 billion since joining KLNB, where his clients value his tenacity and ability to uncover off-market acquisition opportunities. He joined KLNB as a partner in 2002.
Before KLNB, Chris worked at CBRE, benefiting from the training and mentorship of current NAI Global CEO and President Jay Olshonsky. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at American University, where his study of economics and diplomacy laid the groundwork for his career in investment sales.
