Christopher Kinnard focuses exclusively on retail investment sales. With a client centric mentality, Christopher actively assists investors with acquisitions and dispositions for both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout the Midwest and South. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Christopher worked for a wealth management firm and played an advisory role in a foreign tech startup. He quickly learned the fundamental advisory strategies that he would later implement in his real estate investment brokerage repertoire. Christopher also found experience in commercial real estate through management of multi-tenant retail investments. His passion towards real estate investments and entrepreneurship led him to Marcus & Millichap. Christopher has added tremendous value to The Dumes Falk Group of Marcus & Millichap and enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work and philanthropic ventures.
