Bio
With over 20 years of experience, Christopher Frassetto has an advanced skill set in all aspects of real estate, from acquisition to management. He works closely with industry peers to secure financing for acquisitions, development and ultimately the stabilization of assets through tenant procurement and lease negotiations. Prior to joining The Frassetto Companies, Christopher worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Real Estate Broker and at State Street Bank in Boston. In 2002, Christopher Frassetto became a licensed real estate broker and formed Eagle Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage firm serving the State of New Jersey.
Chris Frassetto holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College’s Carrol School of Management as well as a M.S. in Real Estate Investment from NYU.
