Chris Epp is a Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop’s property sales team. Based in the Austin, Texas office, Mr. Epp is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily and housing property sales throughout the country. With over 20 years of real estate brokerage experience, Chris has played a meaningful role in over $10B in various real estate transactions and is consistently recognized for service excellence by his past employers and clients. He and his team provide a full range of services for clients including asset disposition, valuation, market research, and capital markets execution. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Epp was co-founder of FourPoint Investment Sales Partners based in Austin, Texas. After a very successful tenure at a nationally recognized brokerage house, Chris and his partner, Chris Bancroft, launched FourPoint Investment Sales Partners in 2014 with the goal of providing a higher level of service for their clients. After a long-standing business relationship with Walker & Dunlop’s National Student Housing Finance Team, FourPoint was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2021 to further service users in the student housing sector. Mr. Epp earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
