Chris Dowd, Principal and Director of Asset Management, is responsible for hybridge’s operations, also overseeing the firm’s property management portfolio. The hybridge portfolio of properties is 100% retail, spanning from grocery anchored all the way to STNL assets and encompasses the entire state of Florida. Chris oversees the entire life cycle of assets from development to disposition. Some of his institutional clients include: Crow Holdings, Epic Real Estate Partners, Orion Investments, Convergent Capital Partners, as well as a large number of private clients. Hybridge’s portfolio also includes almost every major retailer that operates in the state of Florida.
