Christopher Diffley

Chris leads the transactions and closings side of Investment Management Group. He directs transactional activity related to hotel investments under management with a goal of ensuring each investment's targeted return on invested capital. Previously Chris worked in Rockbridge's Investment Origination Group where he was responsible for originating, underwriting and structuring new investments. He has expertise in transaction-based financial activities and a deep understanding of investment finance. His past experience includes serving as vice president in Credit Suisse's Investment Banking division, covering media and telecommunications companies and private equity firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
