Bio
Chris runs Asset Management for Acram Group and in this role is responsible for asset level activities at all Acram Group portfolio properties. These activities include all CAPEX investment projects from initial concept to full implementation, third party management, leasing, general contracting work and all P&L related activities. Since joining Acram Group in 2013, Chris has lead over $60MM in capital projects and over 1MM RSF in leasing for the portfolio. Prior to joining Acram Group, Chris was the Vice President of Facilities Operations & Incident Management for NBCUniversal. While at NBC, Chris lead corporate facilities operations, crisis management, and business continuity for the company's global real estate portfolio. Prior to NBC, Chris worked at Tishman Speyer in their New York office in a number of roles, including Director of Facilities, Operations & Engineering for NBCUniversal's tri-state portfolio (approximately 2.2MM sqft), and Property Management at 200 Park Avenue (3MM sqft) and 885 Third Avenue (700K sqft). Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Chris was a commissioned Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. Chris received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a member of the Division I Men's Lacrosse Team. Chris lives in Fairfield County, CT with his wife and four children.
