Christopher Carr

Chris Carr is a Senior Production Analyst with CBRE Debt & Equity Finance in Nashville, Tennessee. Chris heads and controls the underwriting and analysis, and facilitates lines of business through the closing process with Conduits, Life Companies and Agencies. He also plays an active role with clients on all levels of real estate permanent finance.

Prior to joining the Nashville CBRE office, Chris worked with the CBRE Florida Asset Services group as a Department Coordinator. In his role as Department Coordinator, Chris was responsible for tracking and updating more than 45 million square feet of the Asset Services Florida Managed Properties, served as the Florida Corporate Accounts Receivable single point of contact and administered the Accounts Payable processing for the Florida Corporate Hub. He was also a member of the Florida Recovery and Restructuring Services Team, where Chris assisted in the preparation of operations and capital budgets, business plans, lease abstracts, opinions of value, NPV’s, analysis of financial data and cash flow analysis of all Florida Receivership assignments.
