Bio
Christopher Carbone is a Vice President with over nineteen years of real estate appraisal and
consulting experience. Mr. Carbone is part of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group's Tampa
office and is a member of the Multifamily Housing and Student Housing specialty groups. Mr.
Carbone's primary geographical coverage area is the west coast of Florida including the Tampa
Bay area, Sarasota/Manatee, Cape Coral/Fort Myers and Naples/Marco Island MSAs, although
he spends significant time in other Florida markets including Tallahassee, Gainesville and the
Florida Panhandle. Over his fourteen years at CBRE, he has garnered significant experience across
all asset types and classes, with emphasis on multifamily properties including conventional, student
housing, HUD financed, HUD HAP/Section 8 and fractured condominiums.
Mr. Carbone has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations, market studies,
feasibility analyses, rent analyses, litigation support and expert witness testimony. Mr. Carbone's
experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including condominium projects,
subdivisions, mixed-use projects, developments of regional impact (DRIs), retail, office, medical
office, industrial, vacant land, triple net leased assets, bank branches, parking garages, specialuse
facilities and international assets including resorts, subdivisions and vacant land.
