Christopher Burchard

Christopher W. Burchard is Senior Vice President and Partner for Jefferson Apartment Group. Located in Jefferson’s Northeast office he is directly responsible for construction management and oversight from feasibility evaluation through design and project execution while additionally providing expertise and support to the development team. Before joining the JAG team Mr. Burchard was the Director of Operations at NEI General Contracting for six years, responsible for all construction operations and support of the day to day company initiative. Prior to NEI, he spent twelve years with JPI Apartments as Vice President and Construction Partner overseeing all construction related business for the Northeast division. Preceding his tenure with JPI he managed operations of the Virginia region for California based Keller Builders. With over twenty-seven years in the construction/development industry and having worked in multiple states across the country Mr. Burchard has a diverse background and knowledge in multi-family residential, renovation/rehab and commercial construction projects. Mr. Burchard also served in the US Navy holds multi-state contractors licenses and is affiliate member with NFPA and the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts and New York.
