Christine Haskins

Christine Haskins is the Chief Investment Officer, U.S. Debt, with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, she oversees the investment process for the company's core and core-plus mortgage investment, as well as the General Account and Funds Management portfolios valued at $67.6 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2020. Chris is responsible for working with investors and prospective investors to ensure the company's mortgage investments meet credit quality standards necessary to achieve appropriate investment returns. Chris has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Since joining the company in 1998, Chris has held various real estate investment positions, including loan originations and portfolio management for Fannie Mae and portfolio loans. Prior to her appointment as managing director in 2016, she was a principal, and served as a portfolio manager and credit officer for the life company portfolio from 2003 to 2016. Previously, she was a vice president with McKinley Associates, a large owner of multifamily and commercial properties in the Midwest. There, she was responsible for securing financing for assets held and managed by McKinley Associates. Chris' career includes five years in the banking industry. Christine received a Master of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
