Christine Colley

Christine Colley joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as an Associate in the Brokerage Services division after interning with the same group in 2012. In her 5 year tenure, Ms. Colley has been recognized by her firm and the industry at-large as one of the most accomplished and talented young professionals. Christine is the youngest Senior Director and the first Cushman & Wakefield professional in the tristate region to achieve this title with less than 5 years’ experience.   Christie’s success and accolades directly speak to her extensive experience and ability to effectively manage some of the industry’s most complex transactions to-date. Working closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s robust service lines, Ms. Colley is able to provide a detail-oriented approach and her attention to detail, transaction ingenuity, and exceptional client management result in cost-effective solutions which repeatedly exceed her client’s expectations.  Ms. Colley has completed over 3 million SF of transactions in the last 24 months alone, spanning across a variety of industries and requirements.
