Christian and his business partner, Colin Cornell, co-lead a Healthcare Capital Markets team with a focus on the private capital and net lease sectors serving clients across the U.S. Over the last decade, he has specialized in guiding physicians, practice owners, developers, institutions, and individual investors in optimizing the value of their healthcare real estate assets.

Christian is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with an exclusive focus in healthcare real estate advisory over the past decade totaling over $1.7 Billion in Total Sales Volume across 36+ states. Before joining Colliers, he served as Vice President at Northmarq, where he played a role in launching and expanding the firm’s National Healthcare Group as a founding member. In 2024 & 2023, Christian was recognized by Northmarq in their top 20 commercial investment sales producers across the nation. His expertise in healthcare real estate began during his tenure at Stan Johnson Company, where he joined the specialized healthcare team in 2016.

Prior to his real estate career, Vaughan joined the global financial services firm Deloitte & Touche, where he assessed risk in financial reporting, and performed detail analysis of financial statements for a Fortune 150 regulated utility client.
