Christian Politan

Christian M. Politan joined C&W’s East Rutherford, New Jersey office in 2006 as part of a select team of associates charged with representing corporate users and major landlords in their real estate strategies. Mr. Politan was instrumental in leasing Principal Life Insurance Company’s 127,000 square foot (sf) building at 425 Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland, NJ to 100% occupancy, which eventually led to the sale of the building. In addition, Mr. Politan has served as exclusive leasing agent, representing such New Jersey landlords as Glenpointe Associates (650,000 sf at Glenpointe in Teaneck); JEMB Realty Corp. (150,000 sf, at 375 McCarter Highway in Newark); TA Associates Realty (140,000 sf at 160 Chubb Avenue in Lyndhurst); and JENI, LLC (100,000 sf at 250 Moonachie Road in Moonachie). As tenant representative, Mr. Politan’s clients include Ernst & Young, Cozen O’Connor, Merck, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Sean John, and Fox and Fox, LLP. Mr. Politan’s passion for real estate has allowed him, early in his career, to serve in the leading role on assignments for clients such as MacB Enterprise Solutions Inc., Tishman Technologies Corp., Paradocs Inc., NTA America Inc., RSC Rental Equipment, North Star Litigations, and Blackwell Group, among others. He is responsible for canvassing the local and regional markets and submarkets; responding to proposals and negotiating on behalf of the Landlords; interacting with C&W’s in-house Research Services group to track submarket trends and availabilities; and providing clients with updated and customized reporting for their accounts.
