Bio
Christian Mazzini specializes in multifamily investment sales in the Houston MSA with additional transaction experience in Brazoria and Galveston Counties, and Beaumont and the Golden Triangle. Since becoming an Associate with Marcus & Millichap in March 2014, he has primarily worked with private investors in these secondary and tertiary markets of Houston. With a keen understanding of the local market drivers, Christian has been able to successfully advise those private investors by assisting them in maximizing both cash flow and the value of their assets, along with skillfully guiding them through the escrow process once they decide to divest. Christian is a member of the National Multi-Housing Group and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with a concentration in real estate from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
