Bio
Christian Dyer joined CBRE, Inc. with the July 2003 acquisition of Insignia/ESG. With over 25 years of real estate experience in downtown Philadelphia and a consistent top producer, Mr. Dyer has been involved in transactions totaling more than 7 million square feet of office space, representing both tenants and landlords in the Philadelphia CBD.
Prior to joining entering the field of commercial real estate, Mr. Dyer was a National Accounts Manager for Peirce-Phelps, Inc. where he was a top producer and named Salesperson of the Year in 1991 and 1992. His background also includes a year-long General Electric Company Executive Sales Training Program and over 32 years of successful sales and marketing experience.
