Chriskott Todd is an Associate Director out of the Boise, ID office, having joined Berkadia in January 2024.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Chriskott attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Pre-med degree. After graduation, Chriskott worked as a scientist at Shoreline Biosciences, focusing on the development of novel cell therapies for cancer treatment. He transitioned into the real estate industry, working as an analyst for a private investment firm that specialized in multifamily acquisitions.
