Bio
Chris serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Panattoni Development Company. He oversees the Finance Group that works with each of the Company’s local partners to arrange the capitalization and financial execution of development deals in the United States. During his tenure at Panattoni, Chris has helped to negotiate and close joint ventures and financings for a high volume of industrial and office development deals throughout the country. This work has included bank financings, joint ventures with institutional equity ventures, and tax advantaged 1031 exchange structures. Prior to joining Panattoni in 2005, Chris worked in various real estate finance roles for both LNR Property and the Newhall Land Company. During his time at LNR Property, he was also part of the team responsible for sourcing and closing a $3.1 Billion debt facility in order to enable the $3.8 Billion purchase of LNR led by Cerberus Capital Management.
