Bio
Chris Sutton is President at Flagler Global Logistics which is South Florida’s largest industrial real estate developer. In this capacity, Mr. Sutton leads Flagler’s planning and operational activities across the full spectrum of real estate development throughout its core land portfolio.
Since 2013, Flagler has developed over 6.5 million square feet of Class-A distribution warehouse buildings having a value of over $1 billion. Flagler’s development team has completed several nationally recognized transactions and has received the prestigious Developer of the Year award from the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Prior to joining Flagler in 2009, Mr. Sutton served in various industrial brokerage capacities at market-leading global real estate advisory firms such as CBRE and The Staubach Company. He also served 6 years as an infantry officer in the United States Army.
Mr. Sutton is a licensed Florida real estate broker, member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 2000.
