Profile
Chris Strain is an Executive Director at the Central Valley office of Cushman & Wakefield based in Sacramento, California. He exclusively represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate. Chris is a 26-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1987 with Cushman Realty Corporation in Los Angeles, California. In 1994, he relocated to Northern California and opened Cushman & Wakefield's Sacramento office in 2007. Chris is a licensed California real estate broker and a Certified Green Broker.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and Masters of International Business Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Chris is on the Executive Committee of Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Advisory Group, is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield CoreNet Global Committee, is a founding member of the Building Industry Group, and is also a leader in the Medical Practice and Law Firm Advisory Groups. Chris is a member of the Sacramento Metro Advisory Board of The Salvation Army, and fundraises for the Cristo Rey School.
