Bio
Mr. Shehadeh is a Senior Managing Director overseeing Tishman Speyer's activities in the New York region, and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Since joining the company in 2000, Mr. Shehadeh has been responsible for transactions totaling over $12 billion. Today, he oversees the acquisition, development, disposition and operations of the New York area business - a portfolio of approximately 22 million square feet, with an additional 8 million square feet of development pipeline. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Shehadeh received a BS in engineering from Boston University and an MBA in finance from New York University.
